Location, Parking & Access Info

Launch Chapel Hill’s offices are at the center of a series of large, downtown-redevelopment projects. The Innovation Hub building (also known as the “Innovate Carolina Junction”) straddles the block between 136 East Rosemary and 137 East Franklin Street. We’re in Suite #100 on the East Rosemary Street side.

Track our move here.

Accessing the Space takes some getting used to:

  • From Franklin Street: Look for the door marked “137” between Julian’s and the old CVS, directly across the street from the Carolina Coffee Shop.

  • From the Wallace parking deck: Look for the building entrance directly opposite the entrance of the Wallace parking deck (across the alley/driveway). Walk down a ramp to the building entrance and lobby.

  • From 136 East Rosemary Street: The building is still under construction on the Rosemary Street side—and the sidewalks remain open and accessible (please pay attention to the surrounding and abide by any signage). The main Rosemary Street entrance is at the end of the building farthest from the Wallace Parking Deck (follow the sidewalk along the edge of the construction zone).

Access to the building currently requires key-fob (or QR code) access or calling someone to meet you when you arrive. Launch’s phone number: 919 244 2474
