Dina is an Associate Director at UNC Kenan-Flagler's Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. A key component of her role is serving as Launch Chapel Hill's Program Manager. She has over 25 years of experience developing and managing entrepreneurial ventures in a wide range of industries across three continents for both profit and non-profit. Dina retired to Chapel Hill in 2001 where the entrepreneurial bug bit again and she co-founded LunaPops, a gourmet frozen pop producer. She stepped out of the business in 2012. In addition to her roles at Launch Chapel Hill, Dina serves as the Director of the Adams Apprenticeship and is involved in supporting female entrepreneurs through Kenan-Flagler's partnership with Ellevate.
Callie graduated in 2009 with a dual major in Economics and Business at Carolina and spent the next 5 years building an international nonprofit based in Ghana that focused on women’s vocational education. Since then she has consulted for numerous nonprofits and foundations including The Burt’s Bees Foundation and Innovate@Carolina. She brings her firsthand knowledge of starting a business as a college student along with a entrepreneurial spirt to all her work.
Stefano Rivera is the Events and Facilities Manager at Launch Chapel Hill and the Program Assistant for 1789 Venture Lab. Stefano works daily with student ventures and organizations in the startup ecosystem. He directs students to resources that can help them develop their ideas, while helping to plan and execute weekly programing. At Launch Chapel Hill, Stefano coordinates workshops and programs, while also managing the daily facility needs. He is helping to bring a streamlined approach to the programming between 1789 and Launch Chapel Hill. Stefano graduated from UNC in 2011 and spent time living overseas before returning to Chapel Hill. He previously was in charge of Sales and Marketing in the Triangle for Relay Foods.
